C-1(Mat-Black)とC-3(Mat-Black)には鯖江のレンズメーカーとボストンクラブが共同開発したオリジナルのポラライズド（偏光）レンズを採用。MR1.6素材は紫外線によるダメージが少なく、ハイコントラストを持続します。特殊な製造方法を採用した剥離しない究極のハンドメイドレンズ。眩しいと感じる可視光線を制御することで、赤や青をより鮮明に際立たせるハイコントラストな視界を確保します。
【NORUT manufacture】
NORUTのフロントは張りがあるTROGAMID、テンプルにはしなやかで調整しやすいTR90LXというエンジニアリングプラスチックを使用。射出成型、切削、ガラ入れ、塗装の工程を経て完成します。この素材の大きな特徴は軽さ。長時間着用しても疲れにくい軽さ。アセテートに比べて、縮みや変形が起こりにくいことも、この素材を採用した理由の一つ。
TROGAMIDはドイツのクリアノヴァ社、TR90LXはスイスのエムス社が製造するナイロン素材。共に耐衝撃、耐紫外線、耐摩擦性といった強靭さを持つ素材で、皮脂や化粧品に対しても耐性があり、医療機器にも使用されている素材です。
【Original Hinge System】
特徴的なのはフレーム内に収まる、モダナイズした蝶番機構。ただ隠れているだけではありません。テンプル開閉時のクリック感は病みつきになるはずです。開閉テストは2万回をクリア（一日5回の開閉で10年以上使える計算）。蝶番に使用しているメタルパーツはβチタン材。これが程よくバネとなり心地の良い開閉を生み出します。
