【デザイン】

SP加工とは
1930年代から60年代後半のスウェットは主に直接染料と硫化染料が使われていました。
古着の退色する原理として考えられるのは空気中の酸素と染料を留めているアミノ酸が酸化結合して加水分解を起こし、炭素になり朽ち果てる工程だと考えられます。
REMI RELIEFのSP加工(スペシャル加工)はこの自然の原理を再現して、昔ながらの直接染料を使い酸素と結合させて、ゆっくりと長時間かけて染料を退色させています。ボディもそれなりのダメージをおいますが、薬品を入れたりバイオによる生地を無理に融かしたりするような加工とは違い、古着本来の経年によるダメージにもっとも近い雰囲気で、着続けていくほどに本当の古着と見分けがつかなくなるよう自然な加工を施しています。
