【design】
This new REMI RELIEF original war model jacket was created by thoroughly studying the details found in vintage war models, paying particular attention to the size, fabric, and stitching. It reproduces the atmosphere of the time without adding any modern interpretations. Please experience the genuine craftsmanship that lives on through the ages.

[Size]
Based on the vintage wartime model, the length and sleeve length are consistent regardless of size. Only the width of the body and shoulders are different. The unique size balance of the time is reproduced, allowing you to enjoy an authentic silhouette.

[Original fabric]
We developed an original denim fabric from scratch. We faithfully reproduced the texture and fading of the original denim. We used 100% cotton thread for the stitching so that you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. The more you wear it, the more it develops its own character, and with your own unique creases, fading, and frayed stitching, it will evolve into a denim jacket that is one of a kind in the world.

I wore the sample size 46 (M). It didn't feel too tight, but if I were to buy it in case I plan on layering it, I would choose size 48 (L).

Made with rare "Zimbabwe cotton." This is the finest cotton variety, organically grown at altitudes of over 1,500 meters in the Republic of Zimbabwe in southeastern Africa, and is classified as extra-long staple cotton. It is grown carefully without the use of pesticides and harvested by hand, resulting in fewer impurities.
The thin, strong uneven yarn made from this cotton is rope dyed with indigo to create a beautiful, deep blue color. This garment combines a striking appearance with a light feel, making it a piece you can wear for a long time.

The name comes from the idea of a Meister, which stands for "REMIX = ingenuity, creativity" and "RELIEF = omission," that is, adding creativity and ingenuity to each process while eliminating unnecessary things, resulting in "something good."
