[What is PPACO?]
A new shoe brand, "PPACO™," is directed by designer Toshinosuke Takegahara, known for the shoe brands "foot the coacher" and "BEAUTIFUL SHOES."
The brand's concept is "a footwear brand that creates new values," and it offers minimalist and functional designs that are created from a new perspective, unconstrained by convention. The minimalist designs match not only casual styles, but also more modern styles.
【Features】
The open toe design promotes breathability and gives freedom to the toes. Moderate cushioning provides a comfortable fit.
This item, which has the theme of "Overturn common sense," can literally be turned inside out due to the linear shape of the opening, so it can be placed on a balcony or deck to protect from rain and dust and keep the inside clean. The packaging also uses boxes made from 100% recycled paper and compostable shoe bags. By producing them from recycled materials, unnecessary waste is reduced.
[Material]
High-PerFORM® is a new, medium-resilience material made from a blend of natural rubber and micro-foamed. It is lightweight, has just the right amount of elasticity, and is environmentally friendly.
[Sole]
A minimalist design with dots that allow for good drainage. The compound has both grip and abrasion resistance. The sole is about 3cm high.
"Overturn common sense."
The linear shape of the opening means that the shoes can literally be turned inside out, preventing rain and dust even when placed on a balcony or deck, and keeping the inside clean. A unique function that has been granted an international patent.
