ISLAND SLIPPER

ISLAND SLIPPER 2025 Spring/Summer official look images

ISLAND SLIPPER has been produced in Oahu, Hawaii since its founding in 1946. The prototype was created by Musashi Motonaga, who immigrated from Japan, and then his son Edward Motonaga established a factory and developed the company. In 1986, it was passed down to John Carpenter and grew into a world-famous sandal manufacturer. Since its founding, the company has had the philosophy of "doing everything from design to manufacturing in Hawaii," and skilled craftsmen carefully finish each pair of sandals. Using traditional Hawaiian printed fabrics and carefully selected leather from the mainland United States, the sandals are comfortable to wear and fit in both resorts and cities. The sandals, which are filled with the thoughts of John and Daisy, are full of love and craftsmanship and have continued to be supported throughout the ages.
