Regarding product arrival time
Delivery dates for pre-ordered items may vary depending on production conditions.
Delivery may take some time, especially for products manufactured overseas.
Therefore, delivery may be delayed beyond the expected delivery date.
*Items may arrive early and be delivered earlier than expected.
About Shipping
Once the products arrive, we will ship them promptly in the order of your order.
We will only ask you for the day and time you would like your order delivered.
Please indicate your preferred day and time in the comments section.
About international shipping
We cannot accept orders if the expected delivery date is more than two months from the order date. Also, for international shipping, please make sure to register your email address.

Regarding payment, we only accept credit cards, and convenience store payment and cash on delivery are not available. Please note that if you select any payment method other than credit card, your order will be automatically canceled.
About simultaneous orders
[Regarding simultaneous orders of pre-ordered items and regular items]
■If you order a pre-order item and a regular item together, the regular item will be shipped together with the pre-order item as soon as it arrives.

If you would like to have only the regular items shipped first, please indicate this in the comments section when purchasing.
Additionally, we cannot combine orders with other pre-order items that have different delivery dates.
■If you would like to be billed separately, please place separate orders for the pre-order item and the regular item.
■If the invoice amount is less than 10,000 yen, shipping charges will be charged for each delivery.
(If you choose cash on delivery, a handling fee will be charged.)
■We will also send you an order confirmation email, so please check both.
Payment

Payment will be made at the time of purchase.

[Bank transfer payment]
Please make the payment within one week of purchase.
Once the deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled.


[In the case of deferred score payment]
We will send you an invoice after the product has been shipped.

If your card cannot be authenticated
We will request authorization for your card at the time of your order to confirm that payment can be made with the specified credit card.
If an error occurs, we will contact you by email.
If we do not receive a reply within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
*If approval is granted, sales invoices will be sent after the product is shipped.
