[Regarding shipping]
Orders received by 13:00 on Friday, December 30th will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped sequentially starting from Wednesday, January 4th, 2023.
Please note that due to high volume of orders, we may not be able to deliver your order on the date and time you specify.
*As we use an external warehouse, some orders may not be shipped on the same day. In that case, we will ship the items in order starting from January 5th, 2023 (Thursday).
*Delivery delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

[Regarding inquiries]
Inquiries received by 5:00 PM on Friday, December 30th will be dealt with appropriately.
Inquiries received after 17:00 on Friday, December 30th will be handled in order starting from Thursday, January 5th.
