Notes on purchasing lucky bags

• Changes or cancellations after an order is placed are not possible. In the unlikely event that the size does not fit, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
• If you purchase two or more lucky bags, there may be duplicate products. Also, although you will be asked to choose a size, it is not guaranteed that all tops, bottoms, and shoes will fit.
• If the item is larger than your chosen size, we may pack it one size smaller, and if the item is smaller than your chosen size, we may pack it one size larger. Items may not be packed according to the tag.
• We are unable to offer gift wrapping or alter the hemming of bottoms.
• If you are paying by bank transfer, please make the payment within 3 days of the order date. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
• The total value of the lucky bag contents is based on the list price of each manufacturer.
